We use cookies and analytics tools to collect usage and device data: pages viewed, referring URL, browser and device type, approximate location derived from IP address, and interaction events. Cookies fall into three categories: essential (required for the site to function), analytics (help us understand usage), and, where used, marketing cookies. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some categories may limit site functionality.

Information from connected Google accounts

Where you connect a Google Workspace account (Gmail, Calendar, or Drive) to the Zylabs platform, we access the specific data covered by the scopes you authorize. This may include Gmail message metadata and content needed to surface deal-relevant email activity, Calendar meeting details relevant to active pursuits, and Drive documents you choose to link, such as proposals, contracts, or case studies. We request only the scopes needed to deliver the connected feature, and you can review or revoke access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

• Operate, maintain, and improve the Service.
• Respond to demo requests and support inquiries.
• Send product updates and marketing communications you have opted into; you can unsubscribe at any time.
• Power the connected features you authorize, such as surfacing relevant emails or meetings within a pursuit.
• Monitor security, prevent fraud and abuse, and meet legal obligations.
• Analyze aggregate usage to improve the product and go-to-market motion.

Zylabs does not sell personal information. We share information only with:

• Service providers who process data on our behalf, such as hosting, analytics, email delivery, and CRM tools, under contractual confidentiality and data-protection obligations.
• Professional advisors, including legal and accounting, as needed.
• Authorities, where required by law or to protect rights, safety, or property.
• An acquirer, in the event of a merger, financing, or sale of assets, subject to this policy’s continued protections.

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Google user data is retained only for the duration the connection is active and is deleted within 30 days of disconnection or account deletion, whichever comes first, unless a longer period is required by law.

If you are located in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Our lawful bases include your consent, performance of a contract, and our legitimate interest in operating and improving the Service. To exercise these rights, contact hello@zylabs.ai; we respond within 30 days.

California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect, request deletion, and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. Zylabs does not sell or share personal information as defined under the CCPA. To submit a request, contact hello@zylabs.ai.

We apply administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the data we hold, including encryption in transit, access controls, and regular review of our security practices. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Zylabs is based in India. Where we transfer personal data outside your country of residence, including to service providers in other jurisdictions, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or equivalent mechanisms.

The Service is intended for business use and is not directed at individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by a new effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
